Under present guidance, which may change being out on the Golf Course is a relatively safe place to be. However, it is essential we and ALL GOLFERS do what we can to minimise the risk of Covid -19 and help keep the course open.

Hole cups have been raised so no contact with the hole is needed
Rakes have been removed please smooth over sand with feet or club.
Ball washers and compressor are out of use.

It is essential ALL PLAYERS follow the guidance of social distancing, 2 meters apart
If you have symptoms do not play
We highly recommend single use of buggies. Club buggies will only be hired for single use.
Acknowledge playing partners but do not shake hands or even elbow pump
Golfers only handle their own ball
Keep flag in the hole
Do not share any item of equipment
Wash your hands after you have played
Have wipes and sanitiser with you

The Management Committee have agreed to cancel All COMPETITIONS for the next two weeks with immediate effect and will continually review the situation.
The entries for the Summer Knockout’s have been extended to the end of April. We will review at this point to access the possibility of going ahead later in the summer
All Senior Matches have been cancelled until the end of May
All these measures and decision have been made based on present government guidelines with the aim to keep members and staff safe and keep our Golf Course Open.
The Golf course can be a safe place to be and we wish to do the best we can to enable members to still enjoy and play social golf

All Sunday lunches and club social functions have been cancelled with immediate effect
The caterers will continue to provide light snacks, tea and coffee
The bar will remain open until 8pm each evening and will constantly be reviewed

Please be aware that all golfers enter the Clubhouse and play the Course at their own risk
